    must report grievance through Enforcement Mechanism.
  • Team members must practice effective time management. This requires an important shift in focus from activities
    to results: Being busy isn’t the same as being effective.
  • Team members should be aware of the end-usage of the prepared data. That’s the only way he/she can ensure
    completeness and correctness of data for the desired purpose. He/she shall be responsible for the completeness
    of the provided information, report, analysis and document etc.

BRIBERY, CORRUPTION & UNFAIR TRANSACTIONS

  • Team members and those representing us including agents and intermediaries shall not directly or indirectly
    receive any illegal payments or comparable benefits that are intended or perceived to obtain favorable gains to the
    individual.
  • Nobody must accept gifts which can influence decision making.
  • Action will be taken against the employee found to be making a false claim that can potentially tarnish the image of company or individual.

AVOIDANCE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

  • Employees should avoid any individual behaviors or relationships that conflict with company’s interests. Business opportunities should not be used for personal gains. They should not make or influence business decisions either for their or their relative’s benefits. Employees must not take concurrent or part time employment / consultancy while in service. Always ensure that they do not divulge any confidential information gained during or after employment.
